Steven Peabody, Artist statement
For Me it is Unity, Transcendence, Awareness beyond the known. The Creative process I use is cyclic, and uses images of Fantasy, Realism, Geometry, and a focus on the peripheral borders, as well as the subject, to the point of hallucination. In this way the viewer can see as well as feel the creative process without limitation to a single end. The mind is free to wander if the subject is acceptable.
